Well the latest volume control settings have made a BIG improvement in low-volume resolution.
I've now set the SB2 preamp control to 15dB attentuation (along with 10dB at my power amp) and there's plenty of adjustment at low volumes. This also means that my maximum volume is now 15dB louder!!
