One concern would be ventilation for the components. Will the rack be open at the back? You may want to provide more room above and between the components as well. I assume those are Axiom M80tis? Those are very power-hungry 4-ohm floorstanders. I would be concerned about providing them enough power with the XR70. The centre is a VP150, right? Same concern, although the VP150 isn't as demanding as the M80ti. You may want to either go with the M60tis and the VP100 or if you really must have digital amplification get a Rotel RMB-1077 (7X100W) with an RSP-1068 pre/pro.
