Here's another question.

A lot of the folks going with a linear power supply seem to be using
outboard DACs. I presume these folks side with linear supplies because
they generate less high-frequency noise. However, is it not true that
switching supplies generate less hum (low-frequency noise)? If so,
would one not be better off sticking with the stock supply if one were
using the SB3's analog outputs to connect to one's hifi?
