Thanks I'll check it out. I am listening to my SB3 via the analog outputs and it indeed sounds very nice to my ears. If I am getting an outboard DAC, might as well get a quality one, preferably tube. I want something that really is an improvement. The smaller DACs are nice but I don't think they'll sound significantly better than the SB3's Burr Brown.
