PS, Don't know whether I was clear about this...but I am extremely satisfied with the SB3. No mods, no external DAC, etc. It sounds just great on my system. Mind you, I'm using mastering studio montors; they are very expensive and are regarded as some of the best speakers anywhere, at any price. The Squeezebox is just that good.
