Yes, that's what I was looking for. Clean and simple. So it sounds like one resistor in line with each of the two signal leads on each channel (4 resistors in all). Also, thanks for the guidance on possible value of resistor as well.
I may even try to find the input resistors in the amps or crossovers (I have line-level crossovers that sit ahead of the amp inputs) and change the resistors there.
