Anyway.... I've just completely reinstalled SlimServer and all my chosen plugins. I've not installed MusicInfo cos I wanted to get up an runnning as quick as I could, spending little time on configuration. And guess what... the Transporter screen is almost as I would have it as default. Now... there are only two things I think I need to do to get the displays dead right for me.... 1) Map the Transporter Visual button to the remote (I think this is probably possible) 2) Use extended text info more than once, such that when I hit the Visual botton it will display the extended text I choose (in my case the Comment tag).
I am trying to achieve the scrolling display of the "comment" tag in the right hand display at the press of one remote button (i.e when i want to see it).
