Oh dear. A bug snuck in to the processor a while back, and since I wasn't affected, I didn't even notice... but I think it's the cause of these bad-sounding results.
Open "inguz.dsp.exe.config" (in \Program Files\SlimServer\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\) with Notepad, and if you see a line <add key="partitions" value="2" /> change it to <add key="partitions" value="0" /> then try again. (No need to restart slimserver or anything; takes effect on the next track play). Sorry for the inconvenience. -- inguz ------------------------------------------------------------------------ inguz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1139 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=30225 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
