You made the mistake of saying you want the best sound possible, so 
I'm afraid you'll have to re rip as much of the music to FLAC as you
care to listen to under this caveat.

Then you'll have to decide if you like the digital or analog out. Plug
the Sb3 analog outs to one input and if possible set the receiver to
'bypass mode' or 'analog direct' for that input (to avoid analog to
digital conversion). Hopefully this will allow you to listen to the
sound of the DAC inside the Sb3, which is the only way to decide if the
analog or digital out is better.

The advantage of the digital out (which can be hooked up
simultaneously) is that the signal will remain pure, and the receiver
will be able to do the signal processing you paid for before the
information is converted to analog.
