Hi, Everyone ! I Have found out what the problem was!
To my Dac and Tube bufferstage i have an external powersupply "X-PSU v3" I Unplugged the "X-PSU" and plugged in the orginal powersupplys that came with the X-dac v3 and X-10 v3... Viola ! Wow !!!!
