ok, hard to know why. I might have a faulty digital input on the TacT, a faulty output on the SB3, a different electromegnetic environment or a system that resolves the difference. The possibilities are many. BTW, parallel really means parallel! You need to tie the ground interconnects to physically follow the digital interconnect. Ideally the "ground interconnect" doesn't have a signal lead either. For the full effect you also want to short all the TacT's unused INPUTS (not the outputs!).
