Let me just correct you on two points there:

1. No-one, as far as I know, has clamed "proof" of any influence by
vibration modifiers under the SB3.

2. Of course this can be measured, with care and effort and the right
equipment.

3. Side B often asserts what is "possible" when in fact they are merely
stating what is the current set of accepted "truths". (And often limited
to a rather small subset of "common knowledge" at that.)
