No, Transporter cannot decode DTS or Dolby Digital. Usually these are 5.1-channel streams, the Transporter is a 2-channel device and doesn't know what to do with 5.1.
There has been some work with Dolby Digital streams though, which you can find somewhere in the forum. But - you are aware that both DD and DTS are lossy?
