Veering recklessly back on topic, I recommend gdg read the Application Note AN1695/D from ONSemi, "Handling EMI in Switch Mode Power Supply Design." Last time I looked I could not find it on the ONSemi site (http://onsemi.com), so you may need Google to help you find it.
