I would certainly remove the Bel Canto and run the Analog outs of the Transporter directly into your Musical Fidelity. The Transporter has a very good DAC and analog stage all of which you are wasting by running spidf out. You could use a Squeezebox for that scenario. Let us know what you think. My idea is that you will no longer need the Bel Canto, but only your ears can make that decision.
