Cardas make an appropriate adapter, and I've generally like their product. Finding one in the UK seems to be tricky though.
I might go with the Maplin one as a temporary measure, assuming they have a pair in my local store, or have a look at the local Digital Village, as the DJ stores seem to do that sort of stuff.
