Most importantly don't forget to first match the loudness, it could
simply be that Inguz had different gain set, because it has some
automatic clipping protection and manual gain config.

Inguz takes 6% on my now old Core 2 Duo E6600.

Also Hugh (Inguz) fixed some dithering issue recently, check that you
are using the latest and then compare. Could also be that Brutefir is
the correct one.

I compared convolved files with Convolver(Sourceforge) and Inguz and
they were identical in the general frequency response at least. Haven't
tested Brutefir, too warm for penguins.
