Interesting, it does look like good value for money going by the measurements available. THD 0.001%, SNR 98db (with an unusual caveat about this being possible only when at least 1db below peak output). Pretty decent and certainly great value. Then again the same can be said of the SB3 according to Stereophile http://www.stereophile.com/digitalprocessors/906slim/index3.html. THD 0.0017%(L), 0.0009%(R), SNR 98.2db(L), 103db(R). So, some people are reporting a night and day difference in sound but there is nothing night and day about the numbers. I would be happy to give the Beresford a listen but until then I'll sleep well (or as well as usual, dreaming fitfully of TPs) as an SB3 user. Darren
