I got a black one too even though my old receiver is silver, but everything else on my rack is black. The receiver is too big to fit in the rack so it sits on top of the rack. I will probably order the Duet remote next week to complete the package. It should have been included if you ask me. So far The only time I have shut it off since Friday was to sleep at night. The thing just sounds awesome. I am a couple of years late to the party, but I am glad I got one, finally. Ralph
