Thanks for this link Phil. Yes, this is exactly what happens although on mine the quality is much worse than that guy experiences. The only time it sounds remotely normal is if the TP volume is set to just above the minimum and I crank up my Amp to full, certainly not how it should be. Looks like it will be heading back to the purchaser for a refund.
