If you look at the online photo album i'm going to have another horizontal point of wood mounted in the stud wall at each end. This make the postioning to the speakers more flexible. How far in from the side wall do you think ?
Both walls getting insualtion you can see on one side currently, then two layers of plasterboard with green glue in between.
