What evidence have you got that the speakers will be any good in your room? None. So why commit yourself so soon? Why not wait till the room is finished - at least that gives you the chance to return or swap the speakers if you don't like them. And to try others. Your room isn't particularly hifi friendly, and you're spending a lot of money, so why not give yourself a better chance of success than picking speakers you've never heard in your room?
