I just got off the phone with Brighthouse again. They claim that a port needs to be opened. They have no idea what port to open unless they are specifically told the port that needs to be opened. Anybody have any idea which port I should tell them? Honestly stumped/frustrated because the potential of the transporter is great but I am under a 'timeline' to return it.
