With age I've reached a point where shrill violin or "trebly" soprano sax sounds trigger my tinnitus. I can only listen to those types of music at very low volume. If I try and adjust my sound to subdue this shrillness the rest of my music becomes plodding, muffled and dull. I've reached the same point with trying to find the right balance with my HD TV picture also(too dark, too bright...) It's a curse. -- Turnandcough ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Turnandcough's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9436 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91322 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
