SBGK has replied "The bits are already in the buffer" a couple of times in response to pleas to run the "pull the wire" test. Perhaps he really thinks that his server settings improve the accuracy of the queue of bits in the buffer - that somehow TCP/IP is capable of garbling the bits unless it is optimised.
