What dac you running? If the Dacmagic it won't be helping the
situation.  It's pretty harsh and aggressive for the Focals as well.  I
moved the Rega and the top end is so much smoother, overall a much
fuller sound and just as much detail.  Best of all, for a lack of a
better word, it's very musical not clinical.
