....sorry couldn't stop laughing....you are playing the same files, they are on the same disc, iTunes integration, I assume, just means it's using the iTunes database for meta data etc. It isn't playing the files differently......at all. Next you'll be telling us you renamed the files and moved them to another drive and the change in sound was night and day.
