A couple of things to look at first:
You say that Inguz stopped working about a week ago. Were there any changes to your PC or LMS that you did around that time? Inguz needs lame to be installed for Inguz to work with mp3 files, so please check that lame is installed for LMS. In Windows 7 lame.exe should be in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\Bin".
