I can guess supporting the linux-vserver interface (or function signature) is easy. But I am still considering about VSERVER_COWBL "Enable COW Immutable Link Breaking" configuration. Are you using with this enabled? Your patch added a new local macro VSERVER. I am replacing it by CONFIG_VSERVER which is introduced by linux-vserver.
