one issue is users being able to read a PKGBUILD. another is a user recognizing something fishy (especially new users). i don't like the idea of using LLMs, let alone relying on them. but if they turn out to be effective in the short term while the community figures out a desirable approach, it might be useful. (but, of course, "patches" have a tendency to last longer than originally thought.) cheers, Greg
