Re: blacklisted IPs in AUR?

Checked on two machines - both in Orange network:

31.60.33.159 (Orange Mobile)
79.163.250.186 (Orange Swiatlowod)
  I can confirm another IP address from Orange’s network (83.8.0.0/13) 
sees an instant connection close, with nothing being sent (Firefox, curl).
