Mobile providers use range of local and global IP addresses, which are assigned at random basis. Malicious actors can have shady activities over mobile networks.
As we know last months AUR servers suffered massive attack wave. I suspect that your global IP address was source of such activity. If this is the case, removing these IP address ranges will expose AUR servers for newer attack waves.
