a821 [1] filed a deletion request for python-learnpdf [2]: Abandoned package. I asked the maintainer to update the PKGBUILD according to the guidelines and received not reply. This was a one time effort in 2017 and upstream has no commits since March 2020.
This software downloads PDFs from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, but requires an account from what I could tell (the main.py script asks you for credentials), so I couldn't check whether this works.
