Smoolak [1] filed an orphan request for python-orange [2]: I would like to take over maintenance of python-orange. The current 3.38.1-1 recipe fails source verification because the checksum for `0001-numpy-2-compatibility.diff` no longer matches. The main source archive passes. This prevents building Orange and validating the Orange Spectroscopy package I am preparing.
I reported the failure and offered co-maintenance on 21 October: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-orange#comment-1088716. Former maintainer a821 then recommended requesting orphaning and adopting the package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python- orange#comment-1088741.
