MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-fuse3 [2]: Nothing depends on this library package, and nothing on AUR seems to have ever had.
fuse3 was first released in 2016, so it's about 10-15 years too new for any bin32/lib32-only packages to depends on it.
