Not at all. Yes, the inability to differentiate measures is significant
when comparing measures directly to road measures. But even if they were
able to find them, they would have little significance to flying.

What it does support us graduated licencing systems improving outcomes.

The 100 hour danger zone is a point where the risk of having an accident
increases significantly. It is documented in quite a few licencing areas,
but particularly aviation.
