Try :

1) configuring the Joey and the PC software to the same download baud rate

2) Configuring the PC software to look at the correct hardware serial port

3) Make sure there aren't any Windows CE/Pocket PC programs installed on
the PC which grab the same serial port. Don't merely turn these off if
present UNINSTALL them.

This usually causes the download to work without problems.

I've tried many diferent PC's including DOS, Win 3.1 and 3.11, Win95 , Win 98.
