Our Club has a Tost belly hook on our IS29.  On the winch, it back releases very easily, and has to be "pinned" (back release inactivated) before aerotow.  Our maintenance panel is stumped on how to fix it.  To me, it feels as if the spring needs replacing but that has been discounted by the panel.  One suggestion which has not been tried yet is to change the angle of the installation.   Any ideas?   PeterS
