Unless TOST have changed their philosophy, I understand that they
won't sell parts for releases. They offer a factory repair service,
where you send the whole release back to them.
I believe that GFA is about the only organisation in the world which
has procedures for repair of Tost releases, following some extensive
work done at the late lamented Aeronautical Research Laboratories.  I
have been under the impression that the springs available from GFA
were actually locally made equivalents.
Maybe someone with greater knowledge could elucidate...
