You can trawl through the gliding club contact & website info on the GFA site, and via individual club websites look up clubs charging regimes to see what clubs offer what bulk flying charge schemes. I have done this about two months ago and have the results stitched together as a Word 97 file.
What this source of information doesn't tell you however is whether these schemes actually work and succeed in lifting amount of flying and/or revenue. That is why I appreciate Jason's earlier reply and the one from Stuart Ferguson. I can't contribute anything here to this key question because my club VMFG has never had a bulk flying scheme. As this debate is happening in VMFG (amongst many other incentive scheme ideas) I am keen like Colin for any feedback from those who have such schemes and know of their efficacy or lack of efficacy. Just so I may be seen to be a contributor of sorts to the debate, if someone wishes a copy of my Word 97 file send me a request email direct, not via aus-soaring.
