Yup, I noticed the remarkable similarities: one club does not have a high pressure washer J

Our Pawnees have pc’s without the spray bars; I can’t remember the auw.

At the end of the day, Michael was looking for handling notes for pilots who may not have flown a pawnee for several years (or not at all)

I think the references given will give him some appropriate material , though assigning the correct attribution for the original may be problematical… J

And the first two items found are Darling Downs Tug Manual and Borders GC (UK) which appear nearly word for word! Who knicked whose? :-)

But seriously, when looking for this info, the only real place to go is the Flight Manual/POH. However, as Michael has found out, the info in the Pawnee manual reflects its age (a 1950s design!) and is limited.

The (copy of the) manual that I have lists eg stall speeds for flaps up/down and different spray options but only for max gross (and it's for a model C, not the earlier/modified ones that ASC use). Considering that we tow at only about 2/3 of this weight and without the spray gear the stall (and other performance speeds) is likely somewhat different.

So there's lots of stuff around, but what provenance does it have?

Regards
SWK

Nothing in the flight manual about low speeds, lots on high speeds.

Cheers

Are they not in your flight manual Michael?
