Dear all The visit to the Adelaide Air Traffic Control Unit (Adelaide TCU), has been arranged by John Hudson for Wednesday 18th July. Visit 1 1800 - 1930 Hrs Limited to 20 people Visit 2 1930 - 2100 Hrs Limited to 20 poeple. For this we need to prepare a list of names of those who wish to attend.
Because we will be entering a secure area within the Adelaide Airport confines, it will not be possible to arrive in dribs and drabs - we get only one opportunity per group to get in. I therefore suggest we meet outside the Tapleys Hill Road gate 15 minutes prior to the times stated above (i.e. 1745 and 1915 Hrs). (The gate is immediately south of Harbour Town). If there are less than 20 people in total, we would revert to just the one session. The plan is for a discussion on airspace followed by a visit into the TCU. Needless to say that this is a perfect opportunity to get an update on the current airspace situation in SA. So please get your act together and let us know which session you want to attend.
