They are self lanching and winch launching with sustainers in other countries 
also, way of the future i say, 500ft winch with a small jet to climb away??
 
I like the idea of a C150 with non GA restrictions being used for a tug, not 
sure about training etc though, still a high maintenance aeroplane also.
