On this computer (not the laptop) I am running Ubuntu. Below is the output
of fdisk -l when I insert a normal USB stick.

If I do this with the flyWithCE instead of the USB stick it only finds the
two hard drives.
I have tried this both with the recorder powered on and off.

The Logbook software for Windows installs a special driver as well as the
logbook application.
