We shouldn't assume just because an OLC trace is inside airspace that a pilot doesn't have clearance to be there.
I have called up on a good day and got a higher clearance and have been cleared back to gawler through military airspace over the years. If someone saw my traces though they might think there was an infringement. I think calling for clearances is a good thing. Reminds them that we exist too and I've had some very helpful controllers asking if I had final glide yet :) Cath Sent from my iPhone On 26/02/2012, at 4:48 PM, "Mal Bruce" <m...@mals.net> wrote: > > > One is now the Schempp agent and NSW Head Coach > ROSS > > http://www.onlinecontest.org/olc-2.0/gliding/flightinfo.html?flightId=-765129854 > > and the one flying in restricted military airspace > _______________________________________________ > Aus-soaring mailing list > Aus-soaring@lists.internode.on.net > To check or change subscription details, visit: > http://lists.internode.on.net/mailman/listinfo/aus-soaring _______________________________________________ Aus-soaring mailing list Aus-soaring@lists.internode.on.net To check or change subscription details, visit: http://lists.internode.on.net/mailman/listinfo/aus-soaring
