Yes, there was an outage - a BNG router they thought. While I was on the call 
their alarms started clearing so it seems the issue may well be resolved.

(From me)We only lost our IPv4 peer, the v6 peer stayed up and kept carrying 
traffic.

So.. yay IPv6 I guess?
