The PDF version of the second edition of the Getting Started guide was
published on the OOoAuthors website and the OOoDocumentation wiki at
the beginning of February. The printed version has finally been
published on Lulu.com, http://www.lulu.com/content/4633456
The wiki needs to be updated to agree with the PDFs. BTW, sometimes
the wiki has extra links from the user guides to other info on the
wiki; that is good. (Those links can be added to the user guide ODTs
on the next ODT update if we want to.)
