No progress lately, because I have been focusing on finishing the
Writer Guide. Several chapters are on the Review List.
If anyone reading this knows enough about spreadsheets to help with
some of the more advanced chapters (7, 9, 10, and 11), please do so!
Two appendixes (B and C) need checking against the definitive lists on
the wiki. This should be an easy (though time-consuming) job for
anyone even if not very familiar with spreadsheets.

The wiki version of the Calc Guide simply points to the other wiki
pages, but the PDF and printed versions have the info in them. If
someone buys a book, they want the info there in the book instead of
(or in addition to) online resources.
I have put PDFs of the latest version of some of the chapters on the
OOoDocs wiki (where the Calc Guide is listed as DRAFT).
