I have looked at http://www.oooauthors.org/english/userguide3/db3/dbg3_draft, but there is only one file named "German Base Guide", created by you and changed last on 2009/11/01 ... :( > folder. The only problem is that I don't know how to change the > state of the file so that it appears in the Review list. You can change a state of a file, if you click on down-arrow at the green bar above the file. If you are not able to change it, I think you maybe need further rights.
