Just checked the site and the file is there. Listing shows "last
modified Mar 25, 2010 05:39 PM" .

It was my mistake. I tried to upload a newer version while not
changing the name of the file. I have corrected that. The correct URL is
http://www.oooauthors.org/english/userguide3/db3/base3_feedback/Introducing
Base_DEL_RZ_20100326.odt/view .
The main difference between /Introducing Base_DEL_RZ_20100325.od/t
and /Introducing Base_DEL_RZ_20100326.odt/ is that some styles were
changed.
I have also removed the older version from the review list; I
added the newer version to the review list.
